Winter is in full swing. When we wake up, nature is foggy, and green grass is dotted with dew point. At times, the beauty of the decoration, the beauty of the tourists also increased. This time of the beginning of winter is enjoyable but may also result in some additional health problems. So this time, some extra warning is needed. The combination of low temperatures and dry spells with dry weather all together cause some health problems. All he needs is some precautions.

Winter mainly leads to respiratory diseases. Although the main cause of these diseases is the virus. Yet it is also related to the outside temperature. The enzymes associated with our immune system become less effective at lower temperatures than normal. As a result, the immune system weakens. Humidity also decreases with the reduction of air temperature in the winter, which disrupts the normal working process of our regime and facilitates the onslaught of viruses. Dry weather helps to spread the virus in the air. In addition, the number of dust increases. The cold, dry air triggers asthma in the patient, thus increasing the tension of asthma.

Health problems first come from the common cold or cough, or the common cold, a familiar name for us. The outbreak can be seen when the temperature drops, especially at the beginning of winter. At the beginning of the disease, sore throat, sore throat and dry cough appear. The nose closes. Water often drops through the nose and sneezes frequently. Mild fever, body ache, headache, body massage, weak feeling and appetite. It is basically a disease of the upper respiratory tract and fortunately, the disease itself gets better. In the words of Syed Mujtaba Ali, treatment takes 3 days, or 3 weeks if not. However, in some cases, the cough may last for weeks.

If coughing occurs despite efforts to prevent it, the means of prevention should continue. In addition to the usual foods such as paracetamol and antihistamine drugs are sufficient. It will not only reduce the severity of the disease but also reduce the spread of the disease. If needed, the doctor should seek refuge and take medicine according to his advice. Besides, native medicines like honey, ginger, tulsipatta, kalijira etc. will help reduce the symptoms.

The disease spreads to another person through coughing and sneezing. Therefore, it is better to stay home until the disease is cured so that the disease cannot infect others. Especially the school students who are infected must be kept at home. The mask can be used to get out of the way.

Winter influenza is also more prevalent. The disease is mainly a virus. In addition to other cold symptoms, the disease is very high in fever and cough and can also cause breathing. In addition to the vulnerability of the virus, the bacteria are often attacked. Particularly if the nasal congestion is very dense or cough is accompanied by a yellowish cough, it is an attack of the bacteria. The disease does not require any treatment, but only if the symptoms are treated accordingly. Antibiotics are needed only if the bacteria are infected.

During the winter, not only the lungs but also sinus, ear and tonsillitis, such as frequent sinusitis, tonsillitis, otitis etc. In these cases, it is better to seek treatment after consulting a doctor. In most cases, antibiotics are needed. In addition, those who have asthma or long-term cough problems such as bronchitis can also increase their suffering in cold weather. Pneumonia also manifests at this time. In fact, the root cause of illness in winter is on the respiratory system. Newborns, infants, elderly asthma sufferers suffer the most from these diseases and smokers.

  • Things to do to prevent colds and asthma.
  • Avoid cold foods and drinks.
  • It is best to drink hot water in the safflower.
  • The light should be concentrated with warm water.
  • Wear warm clothes as needed.
  • It is best to wear ear-caps and mufflers in the neck during severe winters.
  • Avoiding Dusting Smoking.

  •  Keep the door and window of the house free and open, without having to shut the door.

  • Asthma sufferers can use preventive inhalers or other medications, such as doctor's advice, before the onset of winter.

  • Influenza and pneumococcus pneumonia should be vaccinated for those who have long respiratory distress.
  • Eating fresh, nutritious food and drinking enough water, which will keep the body refreshed and help prevent disease.
  • Make a habit of washing hands. Wash hands especially after wiping eyes or nose.

Although other diseases do not appear as coughs in the winter, many other diseases increase. As-

Arthritis or arthritis may increase in the winter. Basically, this problem is more common in the elderly. This problem is more pronounced in those who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis. As per the doctor's advice, you should use warm clothes, use of a room heater, use of gloves, use of a cap, etc. to prevent colds. It is best to bathe in warm-hot water daily.

The humidity of the atmosphere is low, so dry air absorbs water, sweat and lubricants from the skin. As a result, many people's skin becomes drier due to the dryness of the winter, the skin is bursting and skin diseases such as eczema, itching, scabies etc. Therefore, the skin needs extra care during the winter. Baseline or glycerin, a good oil or moisturizer lotion can be used to reduce dryness. Good cold cream, Vaseline, Lipzel, Lipbaum or Chapstick can be used to apply to the lips. Lips should not be repeated with the tongue.

Sometimes severe sunshine can also be harmful to the skin. So it is best to use sunscreen when you go out. It is better not to swim for too long.

In some diseases, many fingers become blue in severe winter. They must be extra careful not to feel cold in any way.

In cold weather, blood pressure can rise. Pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine in cold medicine increases blood pressure. If the cold is severe, the heart can also have a heart attack due to narrowing of the arteries.

Another serious winter problem is hypothermia, which means excessive body temperature, which can lead to death. Basically, those who do not use adequate clothing and children who are unable to take care of themselves, are the victims.

In young children, diarrhoea can increase with cold cough as well. Because of this time the attack on Rotavirus increases. The baby should be fed boiling water at all times. It is best not to eat street food, cut fruits, cold drinks, etc.

But remember, always

The fact that the disease will increase in winter is also not true. In general, the disease is less in humans. The number of patients admitted to the hospital also decreased significantly. Even in the doctor's private chamber, no other disease, other than respiratory or skin diseases, is seen. Therefore, there is no need to be extra-frightened as well as extra cautious.
